4. Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked through the Talktous platform. Payments are made in advance and are non-refundable, except under special circumstances (as defined below).
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and online payment services.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session to receive a partial refund (50% of the session fee).
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours before the session; otherwise, the session is considered forfeited.
• If Talktous needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

• Treat all Talktous staff with respect and kindness.
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only, refraining from any abusive or inappropriate language or behavior.
• Not record or share any conversations without explicit consent.
